Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Vertical Advertising ("we," "us") for the use of this website (getverticaladvertising.com) and our platform (app.getverticaladvertising.com). By signing up or using our service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you sign up for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to agree to these terms for it.

Our service

We learn about your business, make vertical video ads for it, run them on the platforms you connect (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube), keep improving them, and report on how they do. We make ads with the help of AI, from the information you give us, your website, and your public customer reviews.

Your account

Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your phone and login codes secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Connected accounts and platform rules

When you connect an account on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, or Google Business Profile, you allow us to create, publish, manage, and report on ads in it for you. You can disconnect an account at any time, and we will stop running ads there.

Your ads run on platforms that have their own rules. You agree to follow them, including the Meta Terms of Service and Meta's Advertising Standards, TikTok's Commercial Terms of Service and Advertising Policies, and the Google Ads policies.

Our service uses YouTube API Services. By using our service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your information is handled under the Google Privacy Policy.

Your ads

We follow each platform's advertising policies when we make and run your ads. A platform may still reject, limit, or remove an ad, and we are not responsible for its decisions. You can ask us to change, pause, or remove any ad at any time.

You are responsible for making sure the information you give us about your business is true, and that you have the right to let us use any logos, photos, or other materials you send us.

What you may not advertise

You may not use our service to advertise anything illegal, to make false or misleading claims, or to promote anything the ad platforms prohibit. We may decline to make or run any ad.

Plans and billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance, through Stripe, at the price shown when you sign up. Ad spend is not included in your plan price and is billed separately. If we change our prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before your price changes.

Canceling

Plans are month to month, and you can cancel anytime by contacting us. Your plan stays active through the end of the month you have paid for, and we stop running your ads when it ends. We do not give refunds for partial months.

Results

We work to get you good results, but we cannot promise any number of views, leads, calls, or sales.

Ownership

You keep ownership of the materials you give us, and you allow us to use them to make and run your ads. We keep ownership of our website, platform, and software.

Suspension and ending service

We may suspend or end your service if you break these terms or a platform's rules, or if you do not pay. You may stop using our service at any time.

Disclaimers and limits on liability

Our service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits. Our total liability for any claim about our service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover our costs if a claim is brought against us because of information or materials you gave us, or because you broke these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we make a significant change, we will let customers know by email or text before it takes effect. Using our service after a change means you accept the new terms.
