Vertical Advertising ("we," "us") makes vertical video ads for businesses and runs them on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and how you can have it deleted. It covers this website (getverticaladvertising.com) and our platform (app.getverticaladvertising.com).

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Your business's name, address, website, and Google Business listing.
• Your name, email address, and mobile phone number.
• What you tell us about your business, services, brand, and goals, and any logos, photos, or other materials you send us for your ads.

Information from accounts you connect

To run your ads, you can connect your Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile accounts. You choose what to allow on each platform's own permission screen. Depending on what you allow, we receive:

• An access token that lets us act on your behalf.
• Basic profile details, such as your account name and ID.
• The Pages, profiles, channels, and ad accounts you manage.
• Your ads, campaigns, budgets, and their results, such as impressions, clicks, calls, and spend.
• Your Google Business Profile details and customer reviews.

Public information

We look at public information about your business, such as your website and your public Google reviews, to learn about your business and to write ads based on real customer reviews.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. We keep a Stripe customer ID and your plan.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. Our platform uses a single cookie to keep you logged in.

How we use your information

• To make your ads, using AI services that write scripts and produce video, images, and voiceovers.
• To publish, manage, and improve your ads on the platforms you connect.
• To show you reports on how your ads are doing.
• To log you in, including texting you login codes.
• To contact you about your account and your ads by text, phone, or email.
• To bill you for your plan.
• To keep our service secure and to meet legal requirements.

We use data we receive from Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google only to provide our service to you. We do not sell it, use it to advertise anything other than your business, or use it to build profiles of people.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With the ad platforms you connect, to publish and manage your ads.
• With service providers that help us run our service: cloud hosting and storage, AI services that produce your ads, text messaging, email, payments (Stripe), and Google Maps Platform for looking up your business. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• When the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers, the public, or us.
• If our business is sold or merged, with the new owner, under this policy.

Facebook and Instagram

When you connect Facebook or Instagram, we use the permissions you grant to see your Pages, Instagram accounts, and ad accounts, to create and manage ads in them, and to read your ads' results. You can remove our access at any time in Facebook under Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations, or at facebook.com/settings/?tab=business_tools.

TikTok

When you connect TikTok, we use the permissions you grant to see your TikTok ad accounts, to create and manage ads in them, and to read your ads' results. You can remove our access at any time in your TikTok For Business account settings, or by contacting us.

YouTube and Google

Our service uses YouTube API Services to publish and manage your ads on YouTube. By connecting YouTube, you also agree to the Google Privacy Policy.

When you connect YouTube, Google Ads, or Google Business Profile, we use the permissions you grant to see your channel, ad accounts, and business profile, to create and manage ads, to read your ads' results, and to read your business's reviews.

Vertical Advertising's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can remove our access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Text messages

We text you login codes and messages about your account and ads. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information while your account is open. When you disconnect an account, we delete the data we stored from it within 7 days. When you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as billing records.

How to delete your data

To have your data deleted, email canon@getverticaladvertising.com or call (435) 503-0035 and ask us to delete your data. We will confirm your request, remove our access to every account you connected, and delete your data within 30 days.

To remove our access to Facebook and Instagram yourself:

1. In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Business integrations.
2. Find Vertical Advertising and select Remove.

Keeping your information safe

We protect your information with safeguards such as encrypted connections and limited access, and we store login codes and session tokens only in hashed form. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you, and you can disconnect any account at any time. Contact us to make a request.

Children

Our service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we make a significant change, we will let customers know by email or text.
